Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and provider

These terms apply to the purchase of the personal report on tryastrela.com. The provider is VenturePoint LLC (Limited Liability Company under the law of the US state of Wyoming) (see the legal notice). Calculating the free chart is not a purchase and is not covered by these terms.

2. What you buy

You buy a digital report put together personally for a Human Design chart: a web page and a PDF file. It is compiled from your birth data and your answers in the order process. Human Design is a system of interpretation, not a scientifically proven method. The report is not medical, psychological or legal advice.

3. Conclusion of the contract

By clicking “Continue to payment” you make an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when the payment has succeeded and we send you the order confirmation by email.

4. Price and payment

The price shown at the time of purchase applies, including statutory VAT. Through January 31, 2027 the launch price of €27 applies, after that €47. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Payment, invoicing and VAT are handled by Link, a Stripe service, which acts as the merchant of record; the terms of Link also apply to the payment. The payment page shows which payment methods you can use (for example card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

5. Delivery

After payment we send the report to the email address you gave, as a link to the web page and as a PDF. For a gift with a delivery date, we send the report on the chosen day to the person you named. You receive the confirmation at once and the report within three hours of payment.

6. Withdrawal and the 14-day money-back promise

As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal. For digital content it expires under the conditions set out in the withdrawal information.

Independently of that, we make a voluntary promise: if you do not like the report, write to us within 14 days of your purchase at hilfe@tryastrela.com and you get your money back. The promise applies in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them. It also applies if your right of withdrawal has expired because we began providing the report before the withdrawal period ended.

7. Rights of use

You may use the report for yourself or for the person you bought it for, and print it. Passing it on to third parties for commercial purposes and reselling it are not allowed.

8. Defects

The statutory rights for defects in digital products apply. If something goes wrong, for example the email does not arrive or the PDF file does not open, write to us at hilfe@tryastrela.com.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of an essential contractual obligation, one whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on which you may regularly rely, and only for the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

10. Privacy

How we handle your data is set out in the privacy policy.

11. Final provisions

The law of the US state of Wyoming applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected, and you can also enforce your rights before the courts of your place of residence. If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions stay valid.
