Right of withdrawal

This information follows the model in Annex 1 to Article 246a § 1(2) sentence 2 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB), which implements Annex I of Directive 2011/83/EU, adapted to digital content.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (VenturePoint LLC (Limited Liability Company under the law of the US state of Wyoming), email: hilfe@tryastrela.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your withdrawal. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The report is digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. Your right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performing the contract after you have expressly agreed that we begin performance before the withdrawal period ends, and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins (Section 356(5) of the German Civil Code, BGB). You give this consent and acknowledgement in the order process before payment. We record them with date and time and send them to you in the confirmation.

Our 14-day money-back promise

Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal: if you do not like the report, write to us within 14 days of your purchase at hilfe@tryastrela.com and you get your money back. This also applies if your statutory right of withdrawal has expired. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
