Manifestor
You can set things in motion on your own initiative, and your Strategy for doing so is to inform the people affected beforehand.
As a Manifestor, you can set something in motion from within yourself, without anyone needing to ask you to. That is the core of your Type. It is rare: fewer than one in ten people belong to it.
For this Type, what counts is the impact of your action, not the number of hours. Working more, longer or harder is not seen as a sustainable path. When you take the first step, something can start to move.
The people around you notice this. They often react to Manifestors with unease, worry or resistance, because they don't know what is coming next. Your aura is considered closed: it radiates forward and doesn't let others come close. That is why your Strategy is To Inform: you tell the people affected beforehand. This can reduce the pushback.
When you are slowed down or controlled, Anger can arise. This is the Manifestor's Not-Self theme: anger at not being allowed to act. Its counterpart is Peace: being able to follow your own impulses calmly and have an impact while doing so.
Depending on which motor connects to your Throat, your impact takes different forms. Independently of that, how you decide inwardly depends on your Authority. A space of your own to make your impact may suit you better than the ambition to lead the world.
For 14 days, pay attention to when irritation or Anger rises in you. Each evening, write one sentence noting whether someone had slowed you down or controlled you shortly before, and also record the times when the anger had a different cause.
Strategy: To Inform
The Manifestor's Strategy is To Inform. Before you act, you tell the people affected by your actions what you intend to do. The idea is to take away the uncertainty that unpredictable behavior can trigger in them, and with it the resistance.
Informing isn't the same as asking for permission. No one has to agree; people just need to know what's coming. This applies to your own actions. Where shared tasks, resources or commitments are involved, informing doesn't replace an agreement. Many Manifestors find this hard, because it can remind them of having to ask in childhood.
Timing matters: first comes the inner decision, then the informing. If you inform too early, you can easily run into pushback. The Strategy applies to small things as well as big ones, which makes it easy to test in everyday life.
